Notable features: Uses most, but not all, lenses made for the Leica/Canon screw mount cameras. Removable back with fixed take-up spool. Film speed reminder dial. Shutter speed dial spins with shutter, ALWAYS set shutter speed AFTER winding film. No neckstrap lugs on body. The Fed-5B is the version which has no built-in exposure meter. Other versions of the Fed-5 do.
 
Thank you for the specifications on the Fed 5B Pshinkaw. Here are some of my opinions on this camera:

-The standard Industar 61L/D lens has the reputation of being one of the very best Russian/Ukrainian lenses available in terms of sharpness and contrast. As a Leica thread mount (LTM) lens, you can use it on other cameras.

-The Fed 5B's styling and ergonomics are somewhat clunky. If you can get over that, it is a good picture taker. I personally prefer a camera with a lower profile (i.e., height to width ratio). Also, the nylon fabric used to cover the camera's body is quite ugly IMHO.

-You can buy Feb 5Bs on eBay for very little money - $25 or less. It is one of the less popular Russian/Ukrainian cameras traded there. If you decide to get one, look for one in mint or excellent+ condition - they aren't that hard to find. Go for a dealer with a substantial and positive feedback rating
