fed nkvd, shuter problem
when i release the shutter, all speeds looks ok except 40th speed... please see photo in link below, curtain remains open.
well, 60th speed sometimes, not much, also do the same.
b/z speed, always works ok.

What you probably need to do is get it CLAd. It looks to me like something might be rubbing against the bottom forward edge of the curtain as well though.
Edit: I'd also clean (and possibly repaint) the film pressure plate.

I´d first lube the curtain shutters and then adjust the tension of the 1st one. It´s probably dry and forcing the tension before a cla might do things worse.

It probably will. I've seen a lot of FSU cameras with shutters retensioned instead of being CLAd. They won't work right like that. It throws off all but one speed, by a lot. It makes a lot more work for the repairman when they finally do get CLAd too. You won't save money by doing that instead of CLAing it, you'll just mess up your camera worse.
