Feedback system sucks

So I was wondering where I got the classifieds-star from. Appears to be a feedback comment. Nice. But how to give that to others? Only possible if someone else has an ad running? So I can't give a positive feedback to buyers who don't have ads themselves?

Then this system is useless.

By the way, I still have the 40mm filters in my ad.

Yeah it sucks, but you get what you pay for.. $2 flat fee per ad is pretty good.
