fibonacci numbers and golden mean

Recently, I had a friend run a script on thousands of photos through some software, and an interesting trend came up - it turns out that a very high proportion of photos my cat has taken utilize the fibonacci numbers for composition.

Coincidence??

lower part of his face. Perhaps the camera was bouncing, or his Leica strap isn't long enough.

What is it that's blocking the upper central area? Fibonacci's finger, perhaps?
 
... looks like an inverted Bell Shaped Curve to me ... sadly not a normal Gaussian distribution I suspect

You need to look at the triangles within triangles. I don't know who Lee Friedlander (sp?) is, but many folks liken our cat's photo's to that guys.

always wanted to be with the cats... also, it's a greener solution without all the polished woods, bronze handles and all that eventually get into the water system...

Did he do domestic animals too? btw are you burying a body in that photo?
