Film dryer

Is there an inexpensive film dryer I can get used that I can just pop a patterson reel into? Or do you recommend the hanging kind? Or how easy is it to just rig one up with stuff I have around the house?

I have a clear plastic clothes bag. Inexpensive, portable, etc.

OK, but how do you dry the film? I don't mean a place to let it hang and dry naturally--I mean something with a fan, filter, and warm air, for quick lab-style drying.
