Hmmm. I have the Q3 43 which has the built-in close-up lens which would facilitate scanning/copying. I have a tripod. I suppose that I could use an old scanner/printer with masking holders. It is worth some thought. The Q3 will focus to < 1'.
I was sorry to read that The Darkroom has been careless scanning. My best option is having the lab do it, second best is an easy scan.

Another happy BEOON user here. For 35mm scans, I use a Leica CL with M-Adapter L on a BEOON with extension rings B and D and a Leitz Focotar-2 4.5/50mm enlarger lens. This combination delivers the correct 1:1.5 magnification required to scan 35mm negatives with a CL. The Focotar-2 lens works perfectly at this magnification.

There are some out there and I bet they work just great. I'll keep it in mind. But I am really trying to keep this as simple as possible in mono analog shooting. We'll see.
