depends on the lighting conditions you find yourself in - if you're sticking with outdoors - 100 should be good, especially since your top shutter speed is so low.
Conversly - if you will be indoors quite a bit - I'd go with 400, since the Cintar is a fairly slow lens.
Have fun - they can be suprisingly good performers.
