Saw Nick Carver got a new film fridge on Youtube and that made me think. I do not have his needs or requirements, but the amount of film I have is increasing as I have decided to buy in bulk to keep costs down. The wife will not let me put anything more than a tupperware container of film in the fridge, so I am think of getting a small fridge for this. I saw another video with a guy saying his small fridge (about 4L I think) was ok for about 30 rolls. I saw other slightly bigger options of 10 L or 15 L which should be good for about 60 or 90 possibly. Any thoughts on this? I think any bigger would just be hoarding. I would really only want enough for 1-2 years.

You know your needs, but I've had a 3+ cubic foot refrigerator in my studio for the last 30 years. It's enough room for lunches, snacks and lots of film, and it has a small freezer for close dated or outdated film. I store a lot less film these days since I don't shoot it commercially any more but I haven't replaced it. If you need room for beer or that emergency bottle of champagne, you might want to go bigger than 4 L...
