I'm traveling to France soon and appreciate if you can tell me where to buy Tri-X in:

Marseille
St Tropez
Bonnieux
Paris

Also, a place to develop in Paris (just in case, as I intend to develop myself back home).

Can only speak for Paris: Négatif+ (106 rue La Fayette, 10th arr.) is pretty decent. A decent amount of film (never bought film from there, but I'm very sure they have Tri-X). 10€ to develop and scan.

Marseille : FNAC and the place you were advised of already.
St Tropez : nowhere
Bonnieux : nowhere
Paris : the best place for Tri-X is Sels d'Argent (click). Closed until 08/24 unfortunately. So : FNAC and pretty all the photo shops located on the boulevard Beaumarchais. There is also a shop which Parisian Leica hipsters rave about and called "Photo Suffren", where you can buy Tri-X for €10.00 a roll...

You also may want to try to buy online from e-shops located in France, and have your rolls shipped to the various places you will reside in.
