Was surprised single use cameras are selling at 50% above the numbers for film alone for Kodak.

My kids are going to summer camp next week. One of the items in the list they got of things to bring was a single use camera. So I bought them each two. My 10 yo daughter will use them both, probably by the end of the second day. My 12 yo son will probably have one or two exposures all week. Then he'll barter his second camera to his sister.

I met people on vacation who use them for several reasons, one is that their digital cameras were stolen.
They are always amazed that the photos are good quality.
I have kept one in the car in the event of an accident, it has been there a while, as the last two phones I have had have cameras, I think it has a flash though.
We used to try and reuse them -- gotta watch those capacitors though.
