Film/Rangefinder photography Blogs?

I'm going to have to block out some time this weekend to check out everyone's work... mine is in my signature as well -- post a photo of the day (mix of digital and film), and have written about some of the film equipment I use.

One of the pieces I'm currently working on outlining will cover my decision to concentrate on a hybrid (shoot film + scan for digital manipulation/processing) workflow.

the quiet photographer

I just started my quiet blog about photography, ideas, exhibitions and other. It is my reaction to a world where most people shout loud nad fight to impose their views . Please give a look, even if it is only at the beginning and not yet very reach of articles. I'll try to post both, italian and english which is not my mother language and not easy to translate...

Thanks, Jan, for plugging my blog, theonlinedarkroom.blogspot.com!

This is a brilliant thread. I'm always looking for interesting stuff to read about film photography and the blogs here will keep me going for quite a while.

Dear Bruce,

you are welcome!
I / we have to thank you for your well written film photography blog.
I am convinced that such film photography blogs (of course if they are well made) are a very good way to increase interest in photography with film.
And that is what we as film enthusiasts should do, sharing our love for this wonderful medium and encouraging other photographers to start / restart using film.
I am thinking about starting a film photography blog as well, but currently time is my biggest problem, too much to do in my job (and I don't want to make compromises on quality).

Here are some other film photography blogs /websites which may be interesting:

Professional photographer, who started with film, than turned to digital for three years, and then returned to film and now is shooting film exclusively.

Three female professional photographers from Vienna using film almost exclusively.

Two female photographers from Malaysia.
(I've found lots of other film photography blogs recently from female asian photographers; looks like film gets increasing popularity with young asian female photograhers).

Nice video interviews (and pictures) from photographers who also / mostly shoot film.

And of course the famous

(dear god, please give us our daily film camera porn..... ;) )

Cheers, Jan
