Hello fellow Russian camera Addicts
I am having problems figuring out where the film rewind release botton is on my new Fed 5b,
from what I have read in the past. I vaguely remember you have to do more then push one button andk there is a two step procedure to it. but I'll be damned if I can figure it out :bang: Thanks a million - Kievman

P.S. when I get a chance, I will reply and rebut to my post on the "kiev Viewfinder and the Art of Seeing"

Thanks Guys, I pushed everything in site ,but to no avail, I'll give that a try. The construction on this camera is so simpe unlike the Kievs, like apples and oranges. you would think the designers of these cameras could of added a simple arrow with an R pointing at the is column, but maybe thats giving them to much credit. It certainly would not of added much cost to the camera, but since this is such a mimimalist camera, maybe thats expected. Michael

just push down on the collar around the shutter release button. It should stay down until you operate the wind on lever. Dave
