Film selection influenced by the seasons

Seen the temperatures in my darkroom (no airco, under the roof):
in summertime, mainly XP2 - C41 38 degr. C.
Other seasons: delta, neopan - AM74 20 degr. C.

This sounds crazy, is it?

I would imagine it gets hard to maintain 20C in film tank when it's 38C in the room, so not that much crazy to me.

My seasonal film changes mostly relate to rated speed. At summertime, it gets down to 100-200 ISO, while for winter 400 pushed to 800-1600 works better.
