filter adapter for DOOCQ 4,5/50 Focotar?

Hello all,
I'd like to use 52mm ND2 and ND4 filters on a 4,5/50 Leitz Focotar enlarger lens so I can try it as open as possible, could you please tell me what kind of filter adapter(s) would suit the job?
