Filters etc..

Just wondering if anyone uses neutral grads or warm up filters etc with their xpan?

Not sure how you could get it right, bein RF n all, but im curious to see if anyone has any ideas/methods of achieving results with these handy filters..

hi,
yes i use lee grads and circ pol, robert white now stock markers for the front of your lee holder so you can gauge how much of the image needs ND filter to cover. Lee frost also recommends, as read in his panoramic book, using bluetac us this will not obscure the viewfinder.

ND Grads are tough. I have to take several exposures w/ varying guesses w/ the 45mm & 90mm. I don't yet know if there is a wide enough [cokin] system for the 30mm.

I also use warm up filters all the time. I have found no problems....
