Filters for Nikkor 50mm f1.4 LTM

There is an offer for this set of color filters for me recently, I have great interest in that set, but wondering whether it is worth for $200.
could anyone advice me?

Unless you're a collector of old filters, I see no reason to pay $200 for a set. They're not coated & offer no practical advantage over modern filters. Fair value would be something closer to $20.
 
There is one thing speaking for these filters: the correct thread pitch, if you want this. This also makes them suitable for 50/1.4 Summilux v1 and v2.

Still, 200 is a bit steep. Even three Leica filters can be had for that.

FWIW, I've had no problem using modern B+W 43mm filters on my 5cm/1.4 Nikkors (LTM & Nikon RF mount). Generic hoods (from heavystar, etc.) are another matter.

I agree with furcafe's first post completely. Recently got two Walz 43mm filters for $4.54 including shipping and two other brands for $7.07 each including shipping. What it takes is a lot of looking and especially a whole lot of patience. Good luck!
 
Several months ago, I got the Walz hood for that lens, plus three filters and a nice leather case for the whole shebang, including shipping, for around $45. They're not Nikon/Nikkor items but they're well-made and they were made for the Nikon RFs, so the threading is correct.

I got the Walz Hood plus 5 filters all made for the 50mm 1.4 Nikkor in their leather hard case for a little under $100... I thought I was overpaying at the time, but it was cheaper than getting the original Nikon accessories. While not exactly the same thing I'd agree with others in saying $200 seems like way too much.
 
I'd just get some B+W filters. It's the same size as a lot of Zeiss ZM lenses take. Should be reasonably easy to find. I use a B+W filter on mine.

On the other hand, I don't really use color filters on this lens, so I'm not really concerned about having a full set, which might motivate your purchase.
 
I paid half of 200 dollars to buy my Nikkor 5cm lens in LTM in 1989.
And a Walz UV filter for it was 10 dollars.
Those were the days.

My solution exactly. B+W 43mm MRC filter screwed into the lens. Heavystar hood goes in the filter. I also have Tiffen 43mm to Series 6 and 43mm to 46mm adapter rings. Everything screws into the lens just fine.
 
I rejected the price and counteroffer $75 for this set, and the seller accepted.
That is reasonable for me and I now feel so happy.
