Dear Bennyng, thanks. It's high probably the last Leica screwmount I purchase. I have alrreay have IIIF ED ST. Personally I prefer the look of IIIF but nothing can beat the IIIG's VF.

The best camera is one that still works!
Beautiful camera ... I had one a while ago and they are very special IMO. Sort of a transition into the M series with the extra 90mm frame lines and parallax correction.

Now you need to get a Rapid Winder for her. She looks beautiful. There is something special about the old LTMs.

I purchased a IIIg with Summicron lens two weeks ago. The shutter going off sounds very much like an M3 that I have. I am wondering if Leica was using the same shutter since they were producing both during the time that IIIg's were being produced?
