finally there... Bessa R

My Bessa R with J3 is finally there. Everything arrived safely, thanks Kim. Actually it got there on Sat. but since i was grocery shopping all I got was a red slip saying that I can PICK IT UP ON MONDAY! God, that drove me nuts :bang:

So I got through the weekend, and was actually looking forward to Monday. Now its in my bag with film in it, waiting for the lunch break. 😀 😀 😀

just 2 and a half hours left.

That sounds like a nice fast normal, though I've never had the pleasure of trying one. I'm stuck with a 40 on my Bessa. I stocked up on film today ($68 Bucks worth) and going out before the sun comes up to shoot a bit. Hopefully the rain will let off a little. Can't get the Bessa wet!

The 35mm sounds like a good idea. I have one fixed to my 35RC. 😎

Okay, lunchtime is over! That was by far the coldest lunchtime shooting I've done. Its about -15 C (5 F) here. But what a JOY to shoot! Focusing is just a breeze! VF so clear! The J-3 is smooth! The shutter sound is sweet! The camera feels good in the hand (not counting the fact that my hand almost froze off) 🙂 Now I am melting and excited. 🙂 left some frames for tonight, for low light shots.
