Sharing is caring, supposedly. So let me start a thread for us to share with each other interesting photos we've seen.
Two rules to keep:
  1. Don't post photos you've taken. This is about promoting work done by others that you find interesting.
  2. Don't post photos taken by world famous photographers or celebrities. This is about promoting creators who are amateur, arcane, or basically unknown.
  3. (optional)"expert level challenge" - post only photos with less than 50 faves, or less than 4K views.
As this is RFF, keep in mind you're not supposed to actually post the photo on this board (for silly reasons) even if the photo is on a website which gives you express permission to do so (like much of flickr). You need to post a link. Like so:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/lost-in-purple/6412593879/in/set-72157626641738525

I'm starting with this particular photograph, because when I first saw it it had only about 20 views. Since sharing it on my blog a couple of years ago it has since been seen by thousands. And that's sort of the point of this thread. To show off photos that otherwise wouldn't be seen.

Edit: Try to keep from making more than two posts in a row, or posting more than two or three links per post.

This photo is fabulous, love the early morning light, the mist, fire, velvia colors and above all...fresh tea!!
