firmware 3.0 temp solution

I've found a temporary solution for error in firmware 3.0 for XPro-1 (video stripes).

Remove Battery and reinsert (after 2 seconds or more) before to record any video.

This solves temporary until Fuji makes new firmware.

Firmware v3.01 for X Pro 1 is now available on Fuji website, correcting video issues on v3.00.
