Very interesting. I lived in Olalla Washington State for 25 years.
It's a little 'town' (old ferry landing) on the Olympic Pennisula just north of Gig Harbor.
It's an Indian word (Tlingit/Hiada or Puyallup) that means, 'Do you have any berries?'
