I've just finished developing and scanning the first film from my new toy, the Fuji GW690III.
The film was Kodak Tri-X, developed in D76 1:1, the light-meter was an app in my phone(!), all photos hand held.

If you fallow this link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gunnarmarel/9231125660/sizes/l/in/photostream/
It will take you to the 'all sizes' page for this last photo, where the original size can be viewed, at 15551x10480 pixels, or 163 megapixels (if you are so inclined! :D )

These photos are only so-so, but as the beginning of my relationship with this camera I'm pretty pleased! :)
Thank you for viewing.

Well done ! Dust spotting that last photo in its original size would be heaps of fun ;)

What did you scan it with ?

Welcome to the BIG Fuji club. I have the GSW690 and love using it. Not exactly a stealth street camera but great to use, with great resulting negs.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

shadowfox: now I must define 'real' photos...! :D

Kenj8246: I'm a huge fan of neopan 400 in 35mm, must try the acros in 120, thanks for the suggestion. I did order a whole bunch of Arista Edu ultra 100 and 400 though (it's so cheap!) but other flavors are on the menu for sure.

These "Texas Leicas" look exactly right when you are dressed up and walking around in a clown outfit.

But the scans from the negatives are amazing, near large-format quality.

Dang. I was just looking at old brochures with one of the guys in a local camera shop... Fuji 6x9 (must have been like yours, or a variant), and some others including a 6x17 I think it was... man.

Your post is not helping this problem BTW. ;)
