I think they look great, never mind the scanner's not the latest.
Must have been a great place to photograph....

I think your photos are really good! I understand the frustration with scanning prints. Those look fantastic for Chromogenic film (BWC IS the new Kodak C-41 B&W right?).

I recently bought a cheap-o Cannon flatbed that can handle negatives and slides. Canoscan 4200F. Its not perfect by any means, but certainly decent. I have had prints made from negative scans that are more than acceptable for my taste. Slides certainly scan better than negatives, but I am also happy with B&W neg's. . good thing considering my recent move to home B&W film developing.

Oh, and I covet your camera 🙂 I had the chance to handle a Bessa R recently and I really want one! I understand the R2a and R3a are a bit more sturdy, even better considering that my main shooter since eschewing my SLR is my Canonet.

Michael. I have the 'R' with the 35/2.5. It really is a superb combination. Additionally, I truly believe you won't find a better kit for the money.

Save, save, save.
