I bought a Fuji Instax 210 for a recent trip to Arizona and I must say that it is becoming my favorite camera to shoot with. No more fussing, just point, shoot, and instant gratification.

Fun!
Don't you have to admit have all that great light and complimentary colors in the desert helps ?
I love instant too. Some days much more than others.
😀

Great pictures, the Instax is really good. But like with the Polaroids you get the best pictures when there is much color in it.

I like your photos. I too have an instax camera, but haven't been too successful at producing great images. I also believe you need color and great light to capture better images. I've got one more pack to experiment with. Out of the first pack I got one decent pic.

I enjoy my Instax and it's just the standard (non-wide) version. Well I have the Polaroid version, but it's the same.

I like to snap a shot of me and the stuff I'm sending in a package and include it to say "hey". Cheap enough I can experiment with the film too in other cameras. 😀

Cool. That Instax 210 looks great, I may have to actually buy one. My friend Harlan had one at a gathering recently and I was very impressed with the photos it made.

I've been an instant camera fan for ages, mostly Polaroid SX-70, although I've never purchased one. People always seem to give me the cameras.

I've had great fun this weekend exercising an SX-70 and SX-70 Sonar with a few packs of The Impossible Project film. The Sonar was being fussy when I took it out and wouldn't transport the film, but after I lost four frames and switched the pack to the SX-70 and then finished it, I reloaded the pack with the damaged prints about a dozen times, each time running it through the Sonar again. By the time I was done, it was operating flawlessly. I shot a whole 'nother pack of Color Protection with it yesterday, not a single hiccup. 🙂

I scanned them last evening but ran out of steam to render and post a couple. Perhaps tonight.

The colours do pop don´t they? Really nice.

I gave my kids one 50s mini each, and they love them to bits. I must admit, that they do get good results from them. The quality of the film is not at all shabby. My wife is just itching for the 90 to come out.

Hamel,
Your last photo is iconic looking, marvelous stuff. I expect I'll grab an Instax too, and hopefully my photos will look half as good.

Cheers

Garry
