On your flickr page, just underneath the search box in the upper r h corner there should be a "share this" button, which then lets you "grab the link"

Have you clicked on the "All Sizes" button on the Flickr photo page? Once you click that you should be able to choose a size and for each size there are links at the bottom to copy & paste. (although having tried it with your image I can't see them, not sure if they only show up on your own images though).
