Just procecessed first couple of rolls from my new Bessa R/CV 35mm combo, so I am now officially a rangefinder shooter for the first time in my life after taking pics for 25 years.

Here's a few shots I've scanned. Nothing special, just pleased to be on board with RF.

Thanks. The 35/2.5C. Available light in a Spanish restaurant in Chelsea. Pretty certain it was fully open and at about 1/15th (possibly even 1/8th), supported by the little bit of the table not containing tapas or wine!

There's nothing like being out there and taking pictures of whatever catches your eye, is there? It counts, or matters, of course, but in a way different from the way in which other things count, and it matters most of all to you. Your pictures have this quality, if any of this makes sense to you.

Welcome to the family! Don't be fooled though! Just because the camera and lenses are smaller than SLR 🙂 Don't expect to save too much 🙂

A nice series of pics too. They are all well framed, focused and exposed. Very different from my first rangefinder roll 🙂

OutSTANDING image of the stairway. The shadows and brights are simply wonderfully captured. I know that it is sort of subjective to see images on a computer monitor, but that stairway image REALLY shows off your lens's capability. It's so......CLEAN.

Wonderful representation of the CV 35/2.5. You have GOT to be awfully happy with the lens, no?
