First roll from the G690

Clearly, Efke R25 (all I had around in 120) doesn't take to a four-stop push anywhere near as well as TX does, but sometimes an interesting result occurs from an error.

What do you think of the G690?

Compared to my Leicas, the VF is nice, but not quite as bright, and the tiny RF patch is a bit of a drag. The travel of the shutter release is disconcertingly long and the effort more than I'm accustomed to, but I'm willing to put up with the downsides when I want a big neg. I prefer a 6x9 for portraiture over 6x7 or 6x6, so I think it'll do the trick.

For $279, I figured I couldn't go wrong.
