First roll through Canonet GIII QL17

Just put my first roll through my Canonet and it was a pleasure to use. At first I felt uncomfortable with the size but it was just took some getting used to.

Attached are scans of Kodak BW400CN from my Minolta Dual Scan IV and then processed in Photoshop. My hit rate of good photos is much higher than I expected. I think it is because I am finally slowing down and paying attention to light and composition. This roll has given me much hope and a boost of confidence that I can get better going forward.

With such beautiful kids what the hell we need to talk about cameras !
But nice pics.
If you have a bit of surplus money, I advise to think quickly about a TLR, not because your Canonet is not good, but because your kids are at the age to picture them ground level.
Any way, you are having the best of times, congratulations !

I really would love to get a Minolta Autocord or something equivalent with a nice sharp lens. But then I need a medium format scanner. It never ends but I hope to have a nice TLR in a year or so.
