I believe in the older forum software, the default view mode took you the first unread post automatically. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Is there an option somewhere that needs to be checked or something?

I couldn't find an option to make that happen for myself, automatically. But.......
To the direct left of the thread title in the Forum or Home page is that little symbol. If you click that it will bring you to the first unread post in that thread.

yeah i noticed that and that's what i have been doing. i guess we all just have to get used to it. still annoying though. thx for the reply.
