Went to New Orleans to escape the cold in DC for a few days. I found it surprisingly hard to take good pictures because the French Quarter is flooded by tourists and people in other neighborhoods didn't like being photographed. Can't blamed them after all these years of "hurricane Katrina tourism".
I walked 15 miles each day (according to my Apple watch) mostly through Treme, Marigny and Bywater, and even got a sunburn despite cool temperatures in the 50s.
BTW, there's an amazing gallery for fine art photography in NOLA that sells original work by Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Sebastiao Salgado, etc (http://www.agallery.com). "Moonrise over Hernandez" sells for a whooping $375,000!
All photos were taken with M4+21/3.4 Super Angulon and M4+50/2 "rigid" on FP4.
I gave "Mississippi" (that's his name) $10.- and when I ran into him again hours later, he gave me a hug and said "I just had the best meal in days, thanks!":
Did I tell you that I'm sucker for geometry?
Bike Lover! His entire front and back yard were full of bike parts.

When the trashcan delivery guy saw that I took pictures, he shouted "Strongest man in Treme!" and lifted a trash can above his head:
I loved the contrast between the organic shape of the tree and the right angles of the man-made object:
