I have a Lynx on which I was able to fairly easily get the shutter unstuck and working and the rangefinder cleaned and operating well. I was feeling pretty proud until I noticed that apparently one leaf of the aperature diaphragm is somehow out of sync. The diaphragm opens and closes, but one leaf remains a little more open than the rest, leaving a distorted aperature. And because of this, when the lens is wide open, a small section of it remains blocked by the errant leaf. This may not make much of a difference in casual shooting, but I would like to fix it. Since I paid $10 for the camera, I don't intend to use my usual and excellent repairman to fix it. The diaphragm is behind the shutter. Does anyone know how much of a task it would be to attempt a repair. Incidentally, the best source of Yaschica knowledge, the Yashica Guy does not discuss this. Thanks, Dave
