fixing shutter curtain's light leaks..help

hello all, i was wondering if anyone has any tips of fixing light leaks in LTM canon RFs. i can't seem to identify the exact spots because of the leica bottom loading design... apart from guessing from my spotted negatives.

i've tired putting white paper and flash light in darkened room to no avail.

Its a not uncommon problem. Use the search interface on this froum and also here http://www.photo.net/bboard/forum?topic_id=1548 and you should find a few threads. I contributed to a thread recently at one of these forums (sorry cant recall which one and cant check just now to locate it as I have to rush off but you try) I gave detailed instructions on how to fix this exact problem, which I also have had in the past . Inlcuded my views on different types of "goo" you cna use. If you get stuck yell out.
