flash for an M8

I am looking to buy a flash for my M8

and have been looking at various options , I wondered if anyone had tried using Flash 318AF Slave which I can buy for less than £20 and has a useful side mounting bracket

Also looking at the SF20 or SF24D which seem a bit expensive by comparison and I wonder what more I would get for spending 10 times as much

I do already own a nikon SB600 which works ok, but is so large it makes the balance of the camera way to top heavy.

would love to hear other people opinions or experiences.

The SF 24D seems like the best choice. Normally I don't use flash but I have been considering this model for a while.

Yes I never use a flash normally but I have been doing a lot of work in dark night clubs and yesterday just borrowing a canon flash for a few shots I was really pleased with the look .
