Flash Synch

I have a Fed 5...but I can't read the directions as they are in Russian (I think as my Cyrillic is rusty). I need to know if the flash can synch at any speed or if there is a flash synch preferred 1/30 or 1/60th that I do not know about. Help appreciated.

I believe it is 1/30. (with longer exposures it will work as well, long time didn't touch this camera...)

That would make sense as the red speed is 1/30 set apart from the other speeds. So synch at 1/30 or slower speeds. Thanks to you both for the quick response.
