Well, after a little sluething, it seems to have been used up to the IV-S (IV-F) model. I found the manual on http://www.butkus.org/chinon/ for the Canon III and IV-S, and on one of the pages it shows the set-up for the B-II, along with some general instructions. Now, if I only had a IV-S...
