Can you get the 4000x3770px original?
(I can see the link to the original full res in the source if I'm logged in, not if I log out)
I can NOT get the 4000x3770. Kind of reassuring, since I had long heard that original files were exposed. Maybe they were, at some point in the past.

Never heard of that.
Oh, except this thread where apparently everybody can download any photo from flickr... I guess they just won't tell you and me how they do it. Too busy downloading?

No, they can't.
LOL of course they can. Viewing anything full-size on a 4K screen is very high resolution. You can not prevent the dumbest users from taking screenshots. Any image you see in a browser has technically been downloaded already, you just have to find a way to access it. Easily done.
Anyway, people are offering high res photos for free on unsplash by the dozen, so what do I care...

Not sure why anyone would upload full res on a cloud storage to publicly share a lower res for 50$ a year when Google photos is free, but up to you.

So why would you say you can get the original when you evidently can't?
Also, not sure why would anyone use Google Photos. The free space allocation wouldn't be enough for 50 full res tif scans. And you can't easily share smaller sizes.
