Hi!
I just found a fluorescent light kit on ebay that uses a standard 500w tungsten light head with a 4x adapter for the fluorescent bulbs. You can see the item here: link
There are 4 tungsten bulbs with 28w each included in the set, which makes 112w total.
My question is:
Is it possible to use stronger bulbs (4x 120w = 480w)?
The seller tells me that one 28w fluorescent bulb equals a 140w tungsten bulb, and that I couldn't use stronger bulbs.
But as far as I understand the fluorescent bulbs only consume 28w of power and give a light that equals the strenght of 140w tungsten.
