Flying with Cinestill DF96

I have some international travel coming up and want to attempt to develop some film while traveling. Has anyone taken Cinestill DF96 overseas? And if so what was your experience like? Can I just put the powder packets in my checked luggage and be fine? I'm unsure what the rules are regarding flying with reagents like this or if it's considered hazardous. The alternative is to have the stuff shipped to my destination. I would like to avoid this if possible

I just flew domestic from California to Hawaii with Adox Scala Reversal kit with no problems in checked baggage.
