FM3A film view window

The film canister view window and frame popped out of my FM3A. Fortunately, I found both pieces (window and frame) on the floor. My question is, what glue/cement to use to re-mount the window. I don't want the clear plastic to fog, but I don't want the assembly to fall out again.

Five-minute epoxy very carefully applied to the edges should work well.
Clear Silicone sealer would also work.
