Witch works the best and how good does this work???
Benzotriazole or Potassium Bromide for fog on film or just get new film

In my (limited, long ago) experience, benzotriazole works better but depresses speed even more -- 3+ stops as I recall. Okay for large format in the studio but I don't think I'd bother with 120 or 35 mm.
