No ones tried it? Im stuck with Ilford chemicals for everything now, it sthe only stuff you can reliably get in my town now, they dont bring kodak stuff in anymore.

Fomapan 400 ID-11 1+1 400iso 12-13 minutes @ 20C
That's pretty close to the recommendation for HP5+:
HP5+ ID-11 1+1 400iso 13 min @ 20C
I've developed HP5 @ 400 iso with LC29 1+29 9 min @ 20c with good results. I'd try 8 or 9 minutes for starters.
