The price is real for the seller.
The camera is rare though. From what I read, only 125 "Three crown" cameras were built for the Swedish Military.

The camera is truly rare, but I would gauge its value at something legitimate, like the Westlicht auction.
Not this particular seller on ebay.
Their last auction had a 3-crown IIIg go for 18,000 Euros ($24K).

They have listed a refurbished III as an original black paint leica some time ago, not only was it not factory black but seemed to be a zorki camera as from the pictures i could not see the round RF cam but the zorki RF plate...

Wow. That's bad. Maybe this one is legit, but it doesn't really matter. If you are selling these super expensive collector stuff, one mistake (or intentional fraud) like that means you kissed your credibility good bye for good.

"User" means a camera that has been used enough you're not afraid to use it😀 or that it's not a very valuable collectible. Either way, it would be a camera that you feel you can use as it was intended.
