I think for all of you who are skilled and like to do repairs by their own, these instruction videos of camera repairs might be very interesting:

And even if you are not going for DIY, just to see how different parts of a camera are working is certainly very helpful and interesting. And with these videos you get exactly that.

I am fantastic about getting old cameras and lenses apart. But the other way round..........not so much! Have you worked out just how many hands you sometimes need to reassemble a camera or lens. I reckon about 10.

Yes, these are amazing and fairly new, and go much, much deeper than the videos mentioned above. He seems to do extremely thorough work. I wonder if disclosing all his knowledge means he wants to retire soon?

i agree. Kenneth is a great internet buddy and is the inspiration behind my repair blog. he showed me a good use for all of my repair notes
