For the M9...
I'm between these two lenses, and I blowing my mind making the decission, anyone can light me ?
Not in terms of bokeh, two are differents and particulary, but in terms on overall IQ and sharpness?
I wanna sold my cron and buy a lux pre asph v2..
Thanks !

On the field (i don't know about MTF and brick walls) i don't see significant difference sharpness wise at f/2.8 and on, my last pre-asph Lux copy looks slighter sharper at f/2 and infinitely so at f/1.4
and the pre-asph Lux shows less flare generally. It is a heavier and bulkier lens though.

If you don't desperately want the slight increase/difference in shallow DOF or the extra stop of speed it doesn't really make sense to switch. On print, the images at all stops they have in common will be hard to tell apart, unless you do rigorous side-by-side comparisons.

Does anyone know how they compare for curvature of field at infinity? Say at f2 and then again at f5.6 or f8?
Why? I'm using my M9 more and more to shoot landscapes.
Closer in with streets and people you would care less. But infinity you'd want everything to be in the plane of focus.
