Forgot to Dilute Xtol before Decanting

Mixed up some fresh Xtol last night. Once I was halfway through decanting it into 500ml Grolsch bottles I realized I forgot to add the last litre of water. Everything was already dissolved so I just went with. Any negative effects to this? Or does it just make figuring out how much developer I need trickier?

Why not just pour everything back into a large container and add the one liter of water?
