As mentioned in another (very kind) thread by Jon, I just wanted to state officially that I am now happily married and my name is no longer Simon Becker.

It's Simon Fabel now.

It will take a while to adjust everything to it, but I have started, among other things, by registering simonfabel.com and forwarding to my old domain from there. Yes, the website needs updating. I will get to that.

That's that, love you, bye!

(i'll post more pictures in the thread.)

thank you very much, everyone!

Congratulations, Simon!

Gee, she looks like she is a foot taller than you! :D

haha, i'm just sat on a chair!

she does have long legs...

...but she's actally a fair bit shorter than me (only in height, not in character).

Congrats, man. Same place I married my wife last year. Guess we're neighbors. All the best to you.

BTW: Good choice with the M2 and Ultron 35, too.

Congratulations Simon! You both look very happy!

Wishing you both all the best for your future together!

Warmest regards,
Lynn

PS nice pics :)

thank you all!

nice! same place my parents got married 34 years ago as well, and i went to school just on the other side of the park. ;)

we don't live in schöneberg anymore though, but a bit further south.

the m2 used to be tom abrahamsson's and thus holds quite the sentimental value for me. it was such a shame tuulikki couldn't make it (thanks covid).

Ah, my parents got married there as well, back in 1990.

It's great that you could take the camera as a token of Tom's remembrance. I joined RFF after his passing but it is obvious what an important figure he's been, still is, for this community.

Hey what a great day! Congrats Simon! I'm sure you both will have an interesting exciting future together!
