Formula for bw film developing

I have concentrate, film developer no longer made...\\

I saved the label and apparently misplaced it, so need you help...

Product: Alta Zonal Pro Film Developer

Need copy of label or ratios for 35mm/120

Suggest processing temp, time etc.

I could guess, as I think most developers are similar, but some require more agitation and other s are none at all...exposed film is important enough to ask.
