Forum bug - threads with no new posts

Hi all,

For the last few days I keep coming across threads that are near the top of the 'Active Threads' list, but when opened they don't have any new posts.

Eg. This thread: https://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=168811

In the 'Active Threads' list, it says the last post was a few minutes ago. However, when opened the last thread was nearly a week ago.

Those are voting/survey threads. Whenever an new vote gets cast, the forum treats it as an active thread with a new post.
