Anyone here know if the Fotoman 45PS will be RF coupled?

Most likely not (and not at the suggested retail price). None of the Fotoman cameras are to date. However, you can buy an old accessory rangefinder for it - but not coupled.
The only coupled 4x5 rangefinders would be Linhof technical cameras, Graflex press cameras, or Littman Single.
