Well-known
A couple weeks ago I went to a house sale, and found this Leica. I'm not too up on them, but it appears to be a IIIF Black Dial. It came with a Summitar, a 3.5 Summaron, and a Kilfitt tele Kilar lenses, all from the same year. Lots of lens caps, filters, finder, and etc, all together. A leather case too. It's very clean, the owner was an artist and university president. Worked with Ansel Adams too.
Of course, like most Leicas I get, the shutter curtains are super wrinkled and causing the wind and shutter release to be stiff and barely workable. The Canon IVSB I got a few week prior, in rough external condition...still works fine.

Summitar!
Very common to have brittle shutter curtains.

very nice. Will you be able to get the curtains fixed ? I hear that's the most difficult part of a restoration.

Someone on this forum once told me that the Barnack series cameras are more durable and more easily repaired than the M series. Certainly Youxin could put in new curtains - I would think.
And congratulations to goamules. The camera is so clean, even shiny! My IIIf doesn't look so good
